All you have to do is:

  1. Visit www.smithsfoodanddrug.com/account/communityrewards.
  2. Sign in to your online account, or register for an account (upper right- hand corner).
  3. If registering, you will be asked for your Smith’s Rewards Card number, or your alternate ID (your 10-digit phone number).
  4. If you already have an account, select My Account.
  5. Under Community Rewards, select Neuroworx and click Save. Just swipe your rewards card every time you shop at Smith’s, and you’ll earn rewards for our cause.
